Kayak tours at the Issyk Kul Lake

Since 2016 , Bel-Zhan has seaworthy kayaks for rent and organizes multi-day trips on Lake Issyk Kul.

Two-day tour

The tour starts in the morning from Bel-Zhan. We paddle in two days from Grigorievka to the hot springs in Örüktü.


En route we can swim, have a picnic and we end up at the hot springs.

We paddle about 15 km per day. The speed is adapted to the group level. Experience with kayaking is required.

Participation is at your own risk.
The price for the tour is 148 Euro per person *. This is including:
  • ☼ overnight stay and breakfast at Bel-Zhan
  • ☼kayak rent
  • ☼ breakfast, lunch and dinner during the tour
  • ☼ use of tent and mat (and possibly sleeping bag)
  • ☼ transfer from endpoint to Karakol or Grigorievka
  • ☼ tour leader-Guide

    Three-day trip

    The tour starts in the morning from Bel-Zhan. We paddle in three days of Grigorievka to Lipenka, near Karakol. We paddle through the hot springs in Örüktü and Ojtal.


    En route we can swim, have a picnic and visit the hot springs.

    We paddle about 20 km per day. The speed is adapted to the group level. Experience with kayaking on large water is required.

    Participation is at your own risk.
    The price for the tour is 210 Euro per person *. This is including:
  • ☼ overnight stay and breakfast at Bel-Zhan
  • ☼kayak rent
  • ☼ breakfast, lunch and dinner during the tour
