At Belzhan we have a small international and intercultural team of people, committed to the philosophy of the lodge. We try to involve neighbors and other potential local service providers to the work. Volunteers from all over the world support the work at the lodge and its associated activities.

Interested to become a volunteer? Tell us what you need!
This is what we can use:
- Hands-on support in technical matters (reparations and maintenance of the water system, solar boiler, yurts, electricity, etcetaras), simple furnituremaking;
- English lessons – summer course – for the children in the village;
- support with harvesting
- support with gardning (fruits, vegetables, flowers);
- set up small businesses that can be adopted and taken over by villagers;
- social media support for Belzhan marketing.
This is what we offer:
- opportunity to learn about working in a multicultrual environment
- housing and food
- contact with local people
- oppportunity to start a small social business
- excursions in the surroundings (hiking, biking, kayaking on the lake)
